West Brom & Huddersfield In-ter Milan Defender
Andrea Ranocchia, back at the San Siro following his half-season loan in the Premier League with Hull City, will probably leave Inter Milan this summer.
Out of favour last season, a situation that's unlikely to change at Inter Milan, the Italian international is being linked with a potential extended stay in England as West Brom and Premier League new boys Huddersfield are interested in the former Nerazzurri captain.
West Brom, an established topflight club, could see this working in their favour, whilst going against a rival bidder, as our friends at Vital Huddersfield inform us:
Huddersfield are interested in bringing Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia, who had an impressive loan at Hull last season, back to the Premier League.
According to talkSPORT, citing Sky Italia as the Italian source, Ranocchia could opt to stay in Serie A, swapping Inter Milan for Genoa, but enjoyed his time at the KCOM Stadium so an extended Premier League stint appeals.
Despite the impressive performances of Ranocchia, 29, at Hull, becoming a fans' favourite with the Tigers during his 16 game loan spell, he wasn't able to keep them in the topflight and returned to Inter Milan at the end of his temporary switch.
West Brom have also shown an interest in the Italian international central defender, which is seen as given then 'the edge' over Huddersfield as Ranocchia is thought to prefer a move to an 'established' Premier League side, of course Town wouldn't qualify.

West Brom, Huddersfield, Genoa, it doesn't really make much difference as Ranocchia has most likely played his final game at the San Siro, for Inter Milan anyway, so he simply needs to find a new club at home or abroad.
